Make access simple
- Reserve elevators or loading areas when required.
- Move vehicles away from the loading path.

- Empty drawers unless the mover says otherwise.
- Secure loose shelves, doors, and hardware.
- Label fragile items clearly.
- Keep boxes closed and strong enough to lift safely.
Protect the essentials
- Keep identification, medicines, keys, wallets, and important documents with you.
- Photograph valuable items before the move.
- Do not pack hazardous or prohibited materials without discussing them first.
Communicate changes
- Send updated addresses or access information early.
- Tell the mover if the item count or scope changes.
- Keep the booking contact available by phone on moving day.
